Casolare tipicamente toscano, appena finito di restaurare, sulle colline del Mugello a soli 30 minuti dalla città di Firenze. La villa è arredata con gusto tipicamente country con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La Casa è strutturata su due piani ed ha diversi ingressi. Al piano terreno troviamo una grande cucina con doppio piano di lavoro e di cottura, sia in muratura che con un mobile arredo moderno e molto funzionale dotato di lavastoviglie, colonna forni (sia tradizionale che microonde), frigorifero a doppia anta e una zona dispensa separata. Dalla cucina si accede alla sala da pranzo molto ampia con un grande tavolo con comode sedute e un camino e gli affacci sulla loggia esterna e sul giardino. Completa la parte comune una sala relax, con divani e tv, all’interno della quale si trova un antico pozzo, finemente ristrutturato e messo in sicurezza, un particolare che risale al 1500 e da il nome alla casa che si trova in quello che anticamente veniva chiamato Castel San Barnaba (oggi Scarperia). Al piano terra troviamo due camere matrimoniali con bagno en-suite (di cui una per portatore di handicap). Salendo le scale (doppio accesso sia dalla sala pranzo che dalla sala relax) al primo piano troviamo cinque grandi camere da letto, tutte con bagno en-suite: due matrimoniali, una matrimoniale con due letti a castello, una tripla con il letto aggiunto sul soppalco e una tripla con un letto alla francese e un letto singolo. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una zona lavanderia al primo piano e un bagno di servizio al piano terra. La villa può ospitare comodamente fino a 18 persone. In esterno una loggia attrezzata con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all’aperto che da sul parco molto curato, in cui ci sono un forno a legna completamente restaurato, un grande barbecue, una piscina (altezza 130 cm) con solarium attrezzata con un gazebo con tavolini e sedie. Completa la proprietà un delizioso orto che metterà i suoi frutti a disposizione degli ospiti, per un pranzo a km zero e completamente biologico. L’accesso alla Villa è garantito da due cancelli e parcheggio per le auto.
Il Pozzo di San Barnaba si trova all’interno di una strada privata da cui si ha accesso ad un ristorante e un maneggio. A pochi minuti si trovano supermercati, aree gioco, i paesi di Scarperia, Borgo San Lorenzo, Barberino di Mugello, numerose fattorie, locande artigianali e soprattutto moltissimi luoghi pieni di storia da visitare (La Casa di Giotto a Vicchio, l’Antico Mulino Romanico di Ronta, la Villa di Cafaggiolo, Il Convento di Bosco ai Frati, Il Palazzo dei Vicari di Scarperia…) ma anche luoghi moderni che attirano molto i turisti (Autodromo internazionale del Mugello, Aviosuperficie per alianti ed elicotteri e Barberino Designer Outlet).
