Summary: Excellent location! Super handy for Vatican and the other main city centre tourists sites. In a lovely area of winding streets offering everything you need to enjoy Rome like a Roman. It was very hot when we visited but the great air con in the room did exactly what we needed it to. Our room overlooked the entrance alley way which was a little noisy first thing in the morning but you need to be up early anyway to beat the tourist queues (and that’s queues of people with “fast track” and pre-booked!!). Super clean room, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room for mother and teenage daughter to share without being in any way cramped. Outstanding bakery just outside front gates. Felt super safe and well looked after by Linda on each day of our stay. Breakfast was an added bonus and easy to stay in touch with Julia before check in and when we decided to skip breakfast for early morning mass at the Vatican. We would book again in a heartbeat!
