Designed to provide relaxation and comfort, it features spacious interiors that combine high-quality finishes, a lively style and works of art. The complex consists of the main villa and a separate annex, with four bedrooms and different indoor and outdoor living areas. Surrounded by a large lush garden, the outdoor area offers shaded seating areas, a veranda equipped for outdoor dining and a 16-meter pool with views of the Monte San Bartolo Park. The location is ideal for beach days, country trips and visits to Gradara, Urbino and the Riviera Golf in Cattolica.

The complex (about 330 square meters) consists of the main villa and an annex about 15 m away. The villa is spread over two levels connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR - Large living room with wooden ceilings, living room, dining room, TV area with fireplace, reading corner; kitchen; service bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: includes a mezzanine that leads to two double bedrooms and a twin with joinable beds, all with private bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub; panoramic terrace. ANNEX: Living room, a double bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property covers 10 hectares of fenced land, of which 25,000 square meters constitute the space pertaining to the villa, planted with lawns, centuries-old oaks, olive trees and cypresses. Several relaxation areas are positioned to enjoy the sea view or to offer shaded corners under the trees. A panoramic veranda connected to the villa offers a space dedicated to outdoor dining. The garden surrounds both the main villa and the annex, with the swimming pool and terraces overlooking the Monte San Bartolo Park. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

The pool is located about 20 meters from the villa and offers a breathtaking view of the landscape of the Monte San Bartolo Park. Rectangular shape, dimensions 16 x 6 m, depth from 1.20 m to 2.40 m; covered in sand-colored PVC with submerged access steps; indoor and outdoor lighting, hot water shower; chlorine-purified. The solarium area is furnished with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. Available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
