Our villa can accommodate up to 5 guest with 2 bedrooms with air condition ( to be paid extra )2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, living-dining area with satellite TV (Astra / Hotbird) and adjacent kitchen, fully equipped. In all rooms you will find the traditional barrel vaults of tufa. Relax on of the several outdoor terraces (east to west) or the beautiful rooftop terrace with 360 °panoramic views over olive groves and the blue sea. No limits for children to play whenever and whatever they want to on the spacious ground. The villa is located just a few steps away from Maruggio and San Pietro, which offer a large selection of restaurants, shops, bars and all other daily needs. Only a few minutes away and easily reachable the wide and natural sandy beaches and dunes with is clear turquoise water. Ideal for children, even very small ones.
