VILLA TERRI is a marvellous villa on two levels with an amazing sea view overlooking Capri and the Gulf of Naples.

Villa Terri is 700 metres from the centre of Massa Lubrense where you’ll find shops, restaurants, the supermarket, bars and the SITA bus stop. Marina della Lobra is a small and picturesque fishing village where you’ll find the beach, a small port, shops, bars and fantastic restaurants. The villa is about 5 km from Sorrento.

THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright. It has large glass windows that will offer you a stunning view of the sea. It has a single sofa bed, sofa and armchairs, a TV, a table with chairs for 12 people and the fireplace.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a four-burner gas-cooker and two -burner electric cooker, an electric stove, the microwave and a fryer. Here you will also find the laundry room with the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board at your disposal.

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed, the heating and a fan.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating.
THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM has two single beds, air conditioning and heating.
THE FIFTH BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half bathroom. It has a sink, the WC and the bidet.
THE SECOND BATHROOM has the tub with the shower attached, the WC, the sink and the bidet.
THE THIRD BATHROOM has the tub with the shower attached, the WC, two sinks and the bidet.

THE BEACH at Marina della Lobra is about 300 metres away, and you get to it from the villa down a private path of around 100 steps and then following a footpath along the waterfront. It’s perfect for walks out in the moonlight. You’ll find seaside restaurants, the small picturesque port and various tourist activities all close to the beach.
