- 1 double bedroom with access to the en suite bathroom (without door, curtain only)
- 1 complete bathroom with access from the kitchen and bedroom
- 1 bathroom / laundry room with sink, toilet and washing machine
- kitchen with high table and 2 stools
- 1 large double bedroom with sofa and TV
- 1 complete bathroom.
The first floor, which is accessed by a staircase, includes:
- 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom
- balcony / terrace which can be accessed from the bedroom.
Outside the villa you will find a relaxation area with a sun umbrella and lounge, an area with a beautiful and large private swimming pool with deckchairs, a lounge area and a dining table, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
A door gives access to the citrus grove where an additional relaxation area with seating area and another dining table has been arranged for our guests. Everything designed for your comfort and relaxation!

Oria, located on the highest heights of ancient fossil dunes in northern Salento, was founded by the Cretans, who chose it for its dominant position over the surrounding plain of Salento. Today, thanks to its monumental beauties and landscapes, this town is among the most popular destinations of Puglia, starting from the Cathedral, called "the little San Pietro" for its recall to the shapes of the famous Basilica, to the Castello Svevo of 1200, built by Federico II, to Parco Montalbano, a historic park of particular value with an enchanting panoramic walk.
On the second weekend of August, for the last 50 years this village has been hosting the ‘Corteo Storico di Federico II’ and the ‘Torneo dei Rioni’, with parades in period costumes along the decorated main streets of the town and duels that revive the tournaments of medieval times.
Just outside Oria, do not miss the Sanctuary of S. Cosimo della Macchia, where the Salentino Ethnographic Museum, one of the largest in Southern Italy, exhibits over 5,000 objects mainly linked to the peasant tradition from the seventeenth to the 20th century.
About 30 kms away you will find wonders such as Ostuni, the pearl of the Itria Valley, Cisternino, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Alberobello with its famous trulli, Lecce, the capital of the Baroque, and Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia.
Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (90 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
