Casale Ferraguzzo is a farmhouse of 290 m² with a private swimming pool and 4 double bedrooms each with a bathroom that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The old property, which dates back to 1700, has been completely renovated and is particularly suitable for groups of friends, large families or for organized events. The house offers a spacious porch, furnished with tables and chairs as well as a large fenced-in garden with a grassy lawn and barbecue.
External Area and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden with an English-style lawn and is completely fenced-in, with tall trees, ancient oaks and various kinds of flowers. There is also a large swimming pool with Roman-style steps that measures 18x6, ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters deep. The characteristic sunny porch is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and is well furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Outside the fenced-in area, but still part of the property, there is a small football pitch, a play area for children with swings, slides, table tennis and bocce pitch.
Interior
The furnishings in the farmhouse are simple and elegant, using local materials, stone and terracotta.
