In the heart of Rome, inside the historic Muti-Papazzurri Palace—once home to the Stuart family’s court—you will find this luxurious and fully renovated apartment. The location is exceptional: just a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Roman Forum, and Piazza Venezia, and 10 minutes from the Colosseum. It is the ideal choice for travelers seeking space, comfort, and a prestigious Roman atmosphere.
Before booking, please note that the €100 cleaning fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash to my cohost upon arrival. Check-in is available until 9:00 PM; after this time, a late check-in can be arranged for €30. The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building with no lift.
Upon entering, a welcoming corridor leads to all rooms. On the right is the spacious and elegant living room, complete with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and charming views of the Roman streets. Continuing along the corridor, you will find the first bathroom, which features a bathtub, WC, bidet, and sink, all designed with a mix of elegance and comfort. The dining room is accessible from both the living room and the corridor and includes a dining table and a sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests.
To the left of the corridor is the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with stoves, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware for cooking at home. Further along on the same side is the second bathroom, which offers a shower, WC, bidet, and sink with modern fittings.
Across the corridor is the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a TV, abundant natural light, a closet, air conditioning, and a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens and towels. The second bedroom features a double bed, a commode, an armoire, and a bright window overlooking the traditional streets of Rome. The third bedroom, located at the end of the corridor, overlooks the quieter inner side of the building and offers a double bed, an armoire, air conditioning, and soft white linens and towels. Each room is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and an authentic Roman living experience.
By booking, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and complete privacy throughout your stay. You will receive the keys at check-in.
