Recently renovated apartment belonging to an eighteenth-century house located in the court of Sant'Eufemia in Tricase. Not far from the center located in a quiet area bordering the Salento countryside. It is about 15 minutes from the sea (Tricase Porto) and about 30 minutes from the Ionian coast. Located in a strategic position to visit places of historical and cultural interest: Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, etc. The house consists of a large entrance hall, lounge with kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one double and the other with a sofa bed for one and a half).
