You are right in the heart of central Pisa and our ground floor is a luxurious, elegant and beautiful two rooms flat in an ancient building of XVIII sec. with decorated vaults, entire renewed just in 2014. It is able to accommodate until 4 people in a quiet and typical contest. All windows are at the bright courtyard with common garden. It is decorated in soft natural colours with fine ceramic wood floor in all rooms. The luxurious blue painted bedroom has a king bed (160x200cm), in the living room the red sofa (140 x 200 cm). The elegant large and well rifinited bathroom with fabulous shower. The kitchen is compact with a oak wood work surface and a fine hob and oven. The apartment is placed at the ground floor so is always easy accessible to anyone. The building is very elegant and kept in beautiful condition. You are immersed in a charming atmosphere typical of a Tuscan town. Everything you could need is within few seconds walk: shops, banks, open greengrocer market, chemist, a fantastic delicatessen and ice scream, and a lot of very tempting restaurants offering typical Tuscany cuisine. Central Station is within ten minutes walk; Borgo Stretto, i Lungarni, are close, Sant'Anna School is in the same street, Scuola Normale at only 200m. The sea and the beach are only 15 km far. A gorgeous flat in a superb location.
