Positive: The house itself was very nice and had most of the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a laundry machine, an iron, a stove and an oven, etc... We were given towels and bed linens, and we had a hotspot even though it wasn't mentioned in the description on booking.

Negative: The overall experience was highly disappointing. To begin with, finding the house was an absolute nightmare. Although our requested check-in time was approved, we had to wait another hour because the house wasn't ready. The exact address of the house wasn't stated and the landlord didn't speak any English, so we had to stop a stranger on the street to ask for help, which cost us another hour outside in the heat. Upon arriving, we were told to contact the landlord's son who speaks English if we are in need of anything. Sadly most of the time when we asked for help, we didn't get a response. We once tried contacting the landlord in Italian due to an issue with the stove, and we were ignored once again although we made an effort to overcome the language barrier. There were several other small hiccups, like a half-used toilet paper or an unemptied coffee machine. Unless you speak Italian, we would NOT recommend staying here.
