Sleeps 4 - 2 BEDROOMS.Apartment at the ground floor in historic center of Pisa. The apartment has a garden of propriety, to have a drink or breakfast. The apartment is close baker, greengrocer, butcher, pharmacy, shopping area and to every cultural and artistic point. They are ideal also for a business stay near Sant'Anna School (500m-/200m), Scuola Normale Superiore (500m/300m) and CNR (1,5km).The apartment is perfect and very well equipped for a very comfortable stay. If you have a car, parking is not difficult in this central location. There is a great free parking at only 450m or at 150m on blue strips free on holiday abd night.
Thanks to well connected position, you can stay exceptionally also without car! You are in limited traffic zone, quiet, but close to everything! The apartment, is composed of entrance hall, bathroom, large room of 24sqm with double bed, kitchen, second bedroom with large working table, wardrobe, two single beds. It is best for travellers, couples, or families for up four people. Very quiet and cosy, all rooms are facing towards the garden- and the courtyard of propriety . The rooms have vaulted ceilings, warm in winter and cool in summer. There are modern and ancient furniture. All beds have new structures, mattresses and pillows. The bedroom has a piano in tune available to be played, a TV LED 32". The kitchen is equipped for all utilities, with refrigerator, washing machine,microwave, red espresso machine (with coffee capsules for you) , stove, kettle, toast, ironing board and iron.

LAM ROSSA take the airport and get off at Central Station ; otherwise you walking along Corso Italia, which leads to the Ponte di Mezzo and then in Via S. Andrea (total of approximately 1.5 km of route, very simply and fast if you haven't no heavy bags) or take the bus to change LAM VERDE Pratale and get off at Mediceo; (on Lungarno Mediceo), the house is 300m from the bus Walking Distance Airport Galilei - APARTMENT: 3 km
BY CAR: The apartment is in limited traffic zone, so there are sensors at area entrance.
You must parking the car out the limited traffic zone, and parking in blue strips at payment.
The nearest area parking is in via San Francesco corner via Filippo Buonarroti or corner via G. Di Simone. The home is at 150m. The parking is in blue strips at payment from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m..Sunday free. There is an automatic machine on the street.
If you wish leave the car in via Paparelli ( 500m distance) you have gratis parking.
In Via Paparelli Every Saturday morning and Wensday morning ( 7-15 time) there is a open great week market!
Another parking is covered in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, at payment at 700m distance walking.
ARRIVAL BY TRAIN IN PISA CENTRAL STATION:: only 1.5 km walking, you are at home. Within 20 minutes of our house along the Corso Italy shopping center, which leads to the Ponte di Mezzo and then in our Street.
TAKE THE BUS: ;LAM GREEN Pratale and get off at Mediceo station (on Lungarno Mediceo), the house is 300m from the bus stop
