Located on top of a hill, surrounded by nature, just 3 km from the sea and the historic center of the city. Dimora di Giove ensures total privacy, an entirely fenced and quiet property.The villa is situated on a gentle hillside only 3 km from the sea and the historic center of the Roman city of Fano, it is surrounded by a huge park and an olive grove. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower in the house and one outside with all the services. Large living room and porch. The nearest airport is Ancona Falconara, is only half an hour by highway. Animals are not accepted. Cleaning costs and tourist tax are to be paid locally (on the spot)

Plenty of space inside and out available: a huge park surrounding the house, gardens all around, a panoramic gazebo, equipped with sofas and chairs, overlooking the sea, for your relaxing moments at sunset and evening.3 porches on 3 sides of the house, in each an outdoor table and chairs for dining out, play and have fun.

FOSSOMBRONE for the archaeological area along the ancient Via Flaminia and a very nice old town to visit. Around the valley there are a lot of winerys with productions of wines Sangiovese and Bianchello Metauro. Finally, there is of very important, Urbino 30 km and GORGE FURLO, a nature reserve highly evocative and extraordinary beauty.
