On the ground floor there is entrance into the air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, microwave, TV, crockery etc, double bedroom, single room with armchair fold-out bed, bathroom with shower, on the lower ground floor living room with sofa bed. The kitchen leads to a large porch and paved garden of the property, and for the exclusive use, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, armchairs and sofa, good for lunch and dinner outdoors. Carefully decorated and equipped with every comfort, the rightl place for your holidays in Sardinia but also as a starting point for excursions throughout the Ogliastra during the whole year.
