Entire Loft of 60sqm in the old town of Padua. The structure is located 15 meters from Piazza dei Signori and a few steps from all the other main squares.
We have combined tradition and design, merging the historicity of the structure with a contemporary thought of aesthetics and comfort.
The property is located on the 3rd floor of an historic building accessible only by stairs. The space develops with a long hallway that gives access to a large living room, a kitchen with an anteroom/storage room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
In the living room there is an exclusive and spacious crystal table for dining with 4 seats, a comfortable two-seater leather sofa and a smart TV. It also boasts an exclusive view of one of the main streets of the old town.
The custom-made kitchen is composed by a two-burner electric hob equipped with the latest generation extractor hood, a modern sink and a large work area. Coffee machine, refrigerator and all the necessary crockery complete the equipment of our kitchen.
The bathroom features an overhead shower, toilet and a modern handcrafted vanity sink.
The main suite offers a King Size bed surrounded by a very modern open wardrobe,
a wooden bookcase and an handcrafted desk.
The second bedroom is equipped with an easily accessible bunk bed with safety rails and storage furniture.
The Loft is very bright thanks to the large number of windows that allow the passage of sunlight.
The building also have a common terrace located on the top floor from which you can have a panoramic view of the old town of Padua.
Guests will have access to the entire structure and to the common areas of the building.
