World class golf courses (St Donat, Royal Mougin, Terre Blanche, Grand Bastide, Cannes Country Club) are in less than 20 km distance. On upper floor two bedrooms (one with large-size 160 cm double bed and the second with one bunk-bed and one single bed) and bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. The southern exposure of the large terrace will guarantee all day sun and stunning views of the hills and forests in the Val de Tignet. Breakfast or dinner on the terrace will be unforgettable. Outside barbecue available. The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, flowers and olive trees offering different quiet resting areas. There is even a playground for children. The beautiful pool is alarm-secured and has a sun deck with 6 loungers. The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly by a professional. There is sufficient parking area on the fenced property (electric gate) for 3-4 cars.
