Our property is 15 km from Florence, 30 km from San Gimignano, 50 km from Siena, 80 km from Pisa, 80 km from Lucca.
The property has a small olive grove and a 70 square meter swimming pool, to be shared with other guests.
"La Loggia" is one of three apartments, about 100 square meters, completely renovated, located on the ground floor of the main building, with private entrance, garden and parking.
It has a large open kitchen equipped with every appliance, with dining table, sofa, satellite TV and unlimited WI-FI Internet. On this room delimited by large windows, overlook a bathroom, the laundry room with washing machine and a mezzanine where a bed space with 1 floor mattress (140x190 cm) has been created. A short staircase leads to the large bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 small bed (70x170 cm), with fireplace, large wardrobe, and bathroom with shower. This room is very bright, an electrified curtain system allows you to obtain a restful penumbra.
It is surrounded by a garden with barbecue, umbrella with table and chairs, sun loungers and parking area.
The swimming pool is available to guests with deck chairs and umbrella (open from 1st June to 30th September).
