Your Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people.
