Positive: We loved the location, nice cozy studio apartments with almost everything you need (and not more, which is a good thing for me). The bed was comfy and it was clean. I appreciate that there was cooking gear in the mini kitchen. Overall it's a very nice place, in a beautiful setting! The supermarket is close, and some restaurants nearby, also just a short walk to the lake.

Negative: There is nobody at the reception, no reception at all, everything is managed remotely, which is okay if you can effectively troubleshoot when needed. I sent a message on my first day asking about a missing cutting board and got a reply after 5 days, shortly before we were leaving saying 'sorry we don't provide that, we hope you understand'. The thing is that I don't really understand why wouldn't you provide that if you provide a kitchen and a knife. How am I supposed to use that? Directly on your kitchen counter? It seemed dismissive. Also the Achensee card which was supposed to be included didn't work for me at all and I didn't bother to ask since the late and dismissive reply the first time. 1x toilet paper and 1x rubbish bag definitely not enough for 8 days and 2 ppl. The place is nice itself but I think it could be managed better, more attentive and responsive. I don't need a host to hover around me all the time, I'm not that kind of traveller but the bare minimum should be there and it feels like some shortcuts are taken here, probably trying to manage too many properties at the same time.
