Boasting 300 m2 of refined, elegant style, Villa Claudia can accommodate up to 21 people. This two-storey villa also includes three annexes for greater privacy and independence.
On the first floor is a bright living room with Vietri majolica flooring, sofas, armchairs, TV, a piano and a 19-seat dining area. The whole area is heated. The living room leads to a kitchen featuring a gas stove, a table for 6, small and large appliances and access to the garden. On this floor there is also a bedroom and a WC.
On the second floor, besides bedrooms and bathrooms, there is a suite made up of four connected spaces: a double bedroom, living room, single bedroom and bathroom.
The approx. 200 m2 garden, partly shaded by trees, features a portable barbecue, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, both equipped with sun umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds. From the living room, there is access to a terrace and an outdoor dining area accommodating up to 12 people with view of the sea and the garden. There is also a comfortable patio with a lounge and a small gym.
