Modern apartment with mezzanine floor furnished with refined materials and design furniture, decorated with attention to details, a few steps away from Teatro Politeama.
Through a large front door and a hallway with vaulted ceiling, guests will access a modern and prestigious building, which houses our apartment on the first floor.
The spaces are very bright thanks to the velux on the ceiling, are furnished in minimal style and every detail is accurately chosen. A glass door gives way to the open space living area with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and fitted also with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Here, guests will also find a dining area with a table, a sofa and a TV.
A bedroom overlooking the street, provided with a queen size bed, completes the floor, in addition to a full bathroom with a large shower facing this room.
A staircase in the living area leads to the mezzanine floor that houses another bedroom with a french size bed, an armchair and an extra bathroom coming with a large shower.
*The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump.

Our apartment is located in the centre of Palermo, in a very well-served area and conveniently connected to all the main areas of the city. Close to the apartment, guests will find Piazza Politeama and Teatro Massimo, as well as Castello della Zisa, Cantieri Culturali della Zisa, the cultural beating heart of Palermo, and Villino Florio. The location is perfect to explore the city centre as well as to taste the amazing Sicilian cuisine, and to visit two of the main traditional markets of Palermo: Mercato del Capo and Mercato del Ballarò.
A few minutes away there is Via Roma, where the bus stop for the airport shuttle can be found while the train station is 2 kms away.
