Villa Design is an elegant private villa with pool in Le Marche. The property is immersed in a green landscape overlooking the suggestive town of Pergola which is only few km distant. This accommodation is the perfect solution for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature, while being at a very short distance from main services and amenities. The villa preserves its antique rural architecture combined with a refined modern taste given by the selected comfortable furniture. The property is entirely gated and includes a large and well groomed garden with salt water pool with Roman stairs and adjoining gazebo with panoramic view, perfect to take shelter during summer days. Guests can also benefit of a comfortable porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to eat all together and relax. Just a short walk from the villa, there's a charming agriturismo of the same owner, where, by reservation from Friday to Sunday, you can enjoy the authentic flavors of the local culinary tradition.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor it is composed of a living room-kitchen with single sofa bed and direct access to the porch, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and living room with direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower.
